Dave Van Groningen

Dave has been involved in agriculture since he was a kid. After growing up on his family’s dairy, Dave attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Crop Science and his Pest Control Advisor License. Since college, Dave has gone on to farm row crops as well as tree fruit and nut crops. Today, Dave continues to farm mostly walnuts and operates a walnut dehydrator. He recognized a need in the industry for another option for growers to purchase their agricultural chemical inputs, which led to the startup of LMG Ag Products, Inc.
When Dave is not changing water or bins at the dehydrator, he enjoys coaching, spending time with his three kids, traveling with his wife, and volunteering in his church community.
